Look inside and learn your strengths. We are our own worst enemy and you need to stop it.

Teach yourself to be strong and to believe in yourself.

  • Think about what you want out of life and figure out what you need to do to get there.
  • Stay away from people that are negative.
  • Be flexible and not rigid. When anything is too rigid, it will break.
